What a fun concept. The food is delicious and fresh and the place is nice. The counter line start is located in a crowded corner so that makes it difficult but once you get ordering it is fast and everyone is nice.

My friend and I came here for the 1st time on a Saturday around 1 pm. It's in a busy complex but there is plenty of parking. The restaurant is very spacious and naturally lit with all the windows. Plenty of table options. We ordered our food at the self-service kiosks which were easy to use. My friend got the Washington State & I got the Southwest with chicken & avocado ranch dressing. We both really thought the flavor was refreshing like a salad and paired so well with the toasted baguette without feeling so carb heavy. We each ate the entire zeppelin. I'm looking forward to coming back soon to try another one!

It's like a crispy shell for your salad. Like a taco salad burrito but with a crispy baked bread shell that's stuffed with your choice of salad filling. And the bread pudding is dense and gooey. Absolutely great for a quick meal. Pretty filling. Can't wait to try other stuff on the menu!

Wowzers this place is good! I placed a order for pick up and it was ready in 10 mins. Secondly the product. Rated GAF. What a refreshing sandwich. Very tasty and not overly dressed and fresh tasting ingredients. It'd the perfect amount of salad and ingredients tucked into a hollowed French roll. I'll definitely be back.

Great salads in a bun. Nice concept. Need to have more stores around Houston, especially in Suburbs like Sugarland! Patient service. The girl at front desk helping with serving salads on Saturday last was very good at what she was doing and polite too. We went for dinner time, place was kind of empty but filled up fast. Nice quiet place. Had tried it in Dallas and will definitely go again.

A clever concept for a nice, filling, yet light meal option. I think of it as a Subway x Salata crossover - build-your-own or go with a pre-selected classic salad to stuff within a hollowed out French baguette. They have a wide variety of fresh salad ingredients, toppings, crunchies, and dressings so you can have it any way you like it. You can order ahead for pickup or use one of their self-service kiosks for an easy ordering experience. Plenty of room to dine in within their clean, spacious restaurant. I ordered their Classic Caesar Salad Sandwich and it was really yummy - would definitely order again!

Stopped in when wanting a not so heavy meal option. The folks were super helpful for it being our first visit there. They informed us of the choices of how to order. Made the process go easy. When we were unsure of the sauce for my husband's they gave a chunk of the warm bread to try the sauce with. So yummy. Overall it was incredible how much they fit into the zeppelin. Mine was the Nashville hot which I didn't think of as overly spicy but a good level of it. I will be going back for more of that along with the tomato soup. The juices and tea options for drinks were a nice change up also.

Salad in a hollowed out sandwich? I'm in. I first had BZ in Dallas years ago and haven't shut up about it since.. You can customize your own or pick a ready made option (but I like to customize!). My fav is the Caesar. This time we got the southwest with avocado ranch and the Shanghai. For my personal taste, I'd take the currants off the Shanghai and replace the cotija cheese on the Southwest with another.. they didn't seem to fit.. However the bread was perfectly crispy and the salad was NOT soggy after a long drive home in traffic, so I could only drop one star. Go ahead and download the app for $5 off your first purchase!

Driving by, the name Bread Zeppelin stuck out to me. Looked them up online & saw the coolest way to eat a salad! It's stuffed in a hollowed-out bread! I want to try all if their Signature salads and chose the Atlantis Zeppelin today. Staff was super nice and they encouraged me to place order on the app next time. The veggies were fresh & mixed with the perfect amount of Greek vinaigrette. Will be back!
